By purchasing or using keokku ("the Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on your personal devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or reverse-engineer the Software.
3. Description of Service
keokku is a macOS application that allows users to customize their system cursor with custom images, animations, and effects. The Software runs locally on your device.
4. Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized reseller. Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if the Software does not function as described. See our Refund Policy for details.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
