1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if keokku does not function as described or if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Software.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact Paddle (our payment processor) directly through the purchase receipt email.

3. Refund Process

All refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be granted if: more than 14 days have passed since purchase, the issue is caused by incompatible hardware or unsupported macOS versions, or if the Software was used in violation of our Terms of Service.
